About Jose Robles

Working with Education at Work has taught me important skills such as problem solving, troubleshooting processes, and how to properly communicate with peers and customers when an issue arises when I work my position as an Autodesk support specialist. Helping customers gain access to their Autodesk software by being able to research the problem the customer is encountering and communicating with the customer to come up with a solution has been an experience that helps me daily with issues I come across on my own time. As a college student trying to transition into the work force, I want to apply the skills I have learned to an internship or job I can land that is related to cyber security or networking. Skills that I have learned while in school include: learning different programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, C, C++, Prolog, Scheme, MIPS), understanding computer networks, and understanding how database systems work in order to have that knowledge background when I come across an internship or job opportunity in the future.
